Mr. Yves MAYAYA is a certified public accountant accredited by ONEC and a graduate of the University of Mons-Hainaut in Belgium. With more than 20 years of experience in financial accounting and auditing, he has held key positions, including Deputy Finance Director and Finance Director within the Forrest International Group and the Compagnie Minière du Sud Katanga. Founder of TIAFRICA FINANCE, now SW TI DRC, he is the managing partner and oversees the audit of numerous companies and international organizations. His deep knowledge of the Congolese market and its regulations makes him a trusted advisor helping companies navigate their financial and organizational challenges.

Mr. Marc ONGOMBE is a certified public accountant accredited by ONEC and holds a degree in financial management from the University of Lubumbashi. He has strong experience gained in both the public and private sectors, notably as an auditor and tax administrator for international mining companies operating in the DRC. As a partner at SW TI DRC, he leads the tax and accounting department, overseeing assignments related to taxation, tax audits and financial accounting. Thanks to his mastery of tax matters and sector expertise, he provides clients with reliable solutions adapted to local realities.

Mr. Hervé KOUADIO is a chartered accountant trainee registered with the Regional Council of Paris Ile-de-France. A graduate of the Grenoble School of Business, he has more than 25 years of experience in audit and consulting. He previously worked at KPMG Côte d’Ivoire and Grant Thornton in Lomé, where he led numerous audit assignments for companies, organizations and government entities in West Africa, Congo and the Democratic Republic of Congo. His expertise includes financial auditing, organizational restructuring and resource mobilization, making him a key contributor to organizational development and performance.

Mr. Toussaint Mulunda joined TIAFRICA FINANCE, now SW TI DRC, in 2014. He has nearly ten years of experience in accounting, taxation and tax litigation, supporting companies in the mining, subcontracting and private sectors. His deep knowledge of Congolese tax legislation enables him to provide secure solutions tailored to his clients’ needs. Recognized for his ability to manage complex tax cases and optimize results, he is a trusted partner for companies operating in demanding regulatory environments.

Ms. Lucia Mapena is a Chartered Accountant CA(SA), accredited by SAICA (South Africa), LIA (Lesotho) and a member of ACCA-UK. She graduated in accounting with distinction from the University of the Free State and has nearly ten years of experience in audit and financial reporting gained in Africa, the United States and Canada, notably at RSM USA. As Audit Director at SW TI DRC, she oversees the quality of assignments, manages client relationships and mentors young professionals. Her international expertise and rigorous approach to compliance and reporting make her a key asset to the firm.
